POSITION SUMMARY

This individual is the senior technician and manager of multiple installation crews, providing both technical and managerial leadership to help achieve perfect installations, happy customers and crew members. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leadership & oversight of solar, battery or other electrical installations and servicing
• Assume role of “Battery Specialist”, become familiar with all aspects of Tesla Powerwall (and other) installation & operations
• Performance of Quality Control inspections
• Quoting of specialty electrical & other work

LEADERSHIP ROLES

• Teach & coach about how to be a good electrician,
• Inspire top performance by sharing benefits of following shared principles
• Teach & coach, provide “checkouts” as they complete their “Professional Development Program”
• Strategize daily with management team, participate in strategy development to optimally deliver our product

ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

EmPower will pay for you to learn the National Electrical Code (NEC), and related pursuits on pathway to become a Master Electrician, and/or obtain a Bachelor or Master of Science in EE. 

COMPENSATION

Annual compensation is around $110 to 120k, inclusive of bonus and overtime.  Additional full benefits offered including 401k, 4% match, full health, etc.
